SugarCRM is the leading Opensource CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application available as three different options, all of which we offer. We provide a full range of hosting, consultancy, training, development and support services:

• SugarCRM Community Edition - the Community Edition is free to use on your own servers although we do offer hosting for all editions of SugarCRM for GBP £9.00 per user per month. It does not contain all of the features found in the Professional Version but, as it is open source, many third party add-ons are available to enhance the application and almost any additional functionality can be created by our team of developers.


• SugarCRM Professional – the Professional Edition incurs licence fees (US$360 per user, per annum) which provides additional support from SugarCRM Inc. and extended functionality such as reporting, workflows, Microsoft Office integration and mobile phone apps. • SugarCRM Enterprise – the Enterprise Edition incurs licence fees (US$720 per user, per annum) and includes all of the features of the Professional edition, plus advanced SQL reporting, offline client synchronisation, Lotus Notes integration and offline mobile apps.
